Frequently asked questions
Do you charge any undisclosed fees?
No. You pay the price shown for your plan. There are no setup fees and no charges for calls over your limit.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Upgrades take effect immediately and reactivate any expired keys. Moving to a smaller plan is refused while you have more active keys than it allows; revoke the extras first, so you choose which stay live. Turning off renewal keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Paystack, or cryptocurrency.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: the Free plan gives you 1 API key valid for 7 days, with one allowance of calls from sign-up that does not refill. No card is needed to start.
What happens if I exceed my API limit?
Calls over the limit are refused with HTTP 429 (usage_limit_exceeded) until the allowance refills or you upgrade, and upgrades apply immediately. On a paid plan the allowance is your organization's, shared by its keys, and refills at the start of each billing cycle, counted from your subscription date. There is no overage charge.
