No. The countdown is a rate lock, not a deadline — it fixes the exchange rate, and once it runs out we keep watching for 72 hours from when you started and credit at the locked rate. Do not send it again.
If it's still sitting there after that, reply to the email with the transaction hash and it gets credited by hand.
Credited about ten minutes after I posted. The confirmations counter was the thing I should have been watching.
